I hope that each of you had as wonderful a Christmas as we did......

| A few of our Christmas decorations. We scaled back a bit this & simplicity was our focus... |
We were so very blessed with an abundance of family fellowship, worship, beauty, fun, and laughs.
Things kicked off for us with a gathering of the Swaringen side of the family. We don't get to spend nearly enough time with my brother and his family, so this time was a treasure!
The Candlelight Christmas Eve worship service at our Church is something we look forward to every year. The peace... the passion... the patience... It brings it all home for our family. ♥
St. Nicholas paid a visit to our place after we all made it home and the kids were all tucked in their beds. {The Lord has been very gracious to us in Danny's self-employment these last few months and we were ever so grateful to be able to give our children a few of their hearts' desires...}
Christmas morning was just as much fun as ever! Actually, maybe even more so, since Ellie is now 3 and is really starting the "get" what Christmas is all about...
After our morning fun, we always head to Poppy & Grammy's house for Christmas Dinner and more fun...
And usually after all that we all head home ready to pass out for a winter nap! We snagged a bit of one... but we were also excited to get things ready for our annual after-Christmas trip to visit Pawpaw & Grammaw in Virginia!

What a beautiful family you have Sherri! Thank you for sharing these pictures and all of the blessings that surround you and your family. And I must ask, did you make the music sheet craft in the last collage photo? It is beautiful and I'd love the instructions if you have any. Blessings to you and your family. ~Alexis on behalf of everyone at A Moment with M.O.M.
